Consultations

Having a hair consultation is a very important part of any hair care routine, especially when it comes to deciding on a new hairstyle or color change, and should be done before you begin any type of hair service.
It doesn't matter if you are just after a simple blow-dry, everyday style or an elaborate wedding upstyle, without your hairstylist understanding your needs, it could be done wrong.
A hair consultation is the best way for you to communicate with your hairstylist and is the most important role that you will play at the salon.
We encourage our guests to bring photos or ideas to his/her appointment.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability.

If three or more appointments have been cancelled or missed without a 24 hour notice, a pre-payment will be required via a credit card. If this appointment is missed, the credit card will be charged the service amount missed.

Late Arrivals

We ask for a courtesy call to let us know of a late arrival. Our staff will make every effort to accommodate the initially scheduled service(s); however, Our staff members reserve the right to reschedule the appointment if the guest is too late to complete the scheduled service(s).

Accepted Methods of Payment

Shear Wisdom accepts Cash (USD), Checks, Bank Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Shear Wisdom Gift Cards.

Gift Cards/Discounts

NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift cards, coupons, or other promotions are NOT redeemable for cash.

Child Safety Policy

We request that clients leave no children under 12 unaccompanied in the salon.

Service Satisfaction

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact your stylist within 7 days of that service. We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we do value you as a guest.

Product Return & Exchange Policy

We will issue a full refund on products returned and unused within 7 days of purchase. If you are not happy with the product we suggested, we would be happy to issue a product exchange within 30 days of your purchase. If returned after 30 days an exchange for product only or credit towards product only will be issued. We will replace any damaged product (pump failure, etc.) with proof of purchase if returned before 30 days. If your damaged item is no longer available at time of return, you will be issued an exchange for product only or store credit towards product only
